Mr. Finkel is one of the founders of Brentmoor Capital Group, and heads up the firm's Financial Advisory Group. Mr. Finkel's responsibilities include management of the firm's performance analysis, forecasting and valuation practice, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures advisory.

Mr. Finkel has 10 years of financial advisory experience, and specializes in Strategic Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory and Capital Raising for both public and private middle market and large cap firms in several industries and business sectors. Mr. Finkel specializes in identifying investment opportunities and directing, coordinating & leading investment transactions, investment valuation, investment assessment & advisory, capital raising, business development, financial & performance analysis and advisory, and industry analysis.

Prior to founding BCG, Mr. Finkel served as a Senior Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Societe Generale, where his client focus centered on the power and energy, consumer & retail, diversified industrials, and financial sponsors spaces. Previously, he worked as an Associate for Bryant Park Capital, a boutique firm specializing in M&A and capital raising. Mr. Finkel also worked as an Analyst at JP Morgan, where he specialized in M&A.

Mr. Finkel holds a JD from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, with a concentration in corporate law, and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. Mr. Finkel holds Series 79, 82 and 63 registrations, and is a member of the New York State Bar.
